i'm afriad i might have hpv...i noticed a couple little bump near the opening of my vag. , but not very visible to the eye and kinda feels like a rash...

Answers:
Colposcopic examination is necessary to detect genital warts.
The tissue of the vagina and cervix may be treated with acetic acid to make the warts visible. A pap smear may note changes associated with HPV.
Please see the web pages for more details on Genital warts.
First off, if you are not producing enough lubricant naturally you can get the sore/burning feeling that may get itchy as it resolves. So, I would suggest using an artificial lubricant
(lubricant can decrease vaginal and anal microtears (which you can't feel) and can help to reduce the chances of contracting some STIs.)

The "itchy" could definitely be the result of a yeast infection and I would ask your doctor to examine you to find out.

Some strains of HPV cause genital warts which typically look like cauliflower-like growths. Less frequently, they can present in other ways so it is important to get checked out. But lots of things can cause "bumps", so it could very well be something that is not serious. The rash could be from friction (which extra lube will help out) or it may be indicative of something more serious. I ALWAYS recommend going to the doctor if you develop a rash (unless it is a previously diagnosed condition).

Don't be afraid of HPV. HPV infections are often acquired early (15-19) and the majority of them ( more than 80%) clear/resolve spontaneously within 18 months.

Strains of HPV that cause genital warts RARELY cause cancer and those that do take, on average, 20 years from acquisition of HPV to a cancer diagnosis

So, go to the doctor/gynaecologist and get it checked out at your first opportunity, but don't stress about it.
If you are sexually active you should be getting a pap smear every year at least. With this they test for numerous things should your pap come back abnormal they will run more tests on the sample. Some forms of HPV are nothing to worry about while others are worse. I recommend making an appointment for your yearly poke and prod. Try Planned Parenthood.
