If a bulge develops under the penis head after sex and a vein around the penis head is swollen what is this?

after two weeks ive lost the bulge and ive had some puss leakage but now is not so frequent and vein swelling has almost disappeared what is this condition called? also i did have much difficulty upon entering very difficult for entry into vagina and bulge was apparent immediately after sex? can you help me figure this out? thank you
