No matter how much water & salt I take, still low blood pressure & fainting!?

Question:
I faint repeatedly and went to so many doctors. Nobody has been able to find out why I can keep my blood pressure up with medicine and everything else! I've taken the ekg, eeg, mri, and have been tested for meningitis, mono, hypoglycemia, hyper/hypothyroidism, diabetes, and hiv (I don't know where they got that one for) I'm not pregnant and haven't been on birth control for 5 months and am not sexually active. The only thing I can see that makes sense in Basilar Migraine b/c I been diagnosed with chronic migraine when I was in the 5th grade (they were excruciating) I happen to get a splitting headache during or right after the weakness, fainting, nausea, and it follows with muscle twitching and spasm. Any clues here? Thanks in advance!

Answers:
I'm sure they've checked this, but I would suggest getting your T3 and T4 checked. Also, I would get a cortisol and ACTH. Has anyone ever mentioned Addison's Disease? Do you have trouble gaining weight? Please check your cortisol, it's really somethign that could be playing a part in your migraines and the blood pressure. Good luck and take care~

There is relation between low blood pressure and hypothyroidism : http://www.thyroid-guide.org/hypothyroid...

You may test your thyroid again.
