According to the 5 sites that I checked (you may need to register to be able to research on some of these sites before you're allowed to find out information), Restex is not a registered brand name for drugs to treat Restless Leg(s) Syndrome.
From my very limited knowledge of RLS, I don't know that you will be able to get similar tablets off prescription. Don't worry about this though. If you register with a GP (General Practitioner ... doctor) I doubt that there'd be much of a problem getting them prescribed. You will, no doubt, find that they'd be cheaper this way too.
