If you have epilepsy...How often do you have a seizure?

i dont have epilepsy but how often seizures happen can vary.
some people have many in a day (20), only lasting a few seconds and there are also some people that dont have seizures for years (with the correct medications)
also, seizures are not always what the general perception is, on the ground shaking etc.
sometimes they can be like a pause still standing up.
