Question:
2 weeks ago my gf and i had unprotected sex while she was on her period. She was getting over a uti. A couple days later i noticed 3 scabs on my penis. I went to the doctor and he said it looked like herpes so i got the hsv1 and hsv2 tests. Both came back negative, so what do i have, or what could it be? We have been together for 3 years and neither of us have had any symptoms. Oh, and her tests both came back negative as well.

Herpes usually are like three cauliflowers pertruding from the skin. You could check for HPV as well. But scabs just sound like you guys had sex more then once. Usually you get scabs from driness or just plan ol' sex. It's nothing to worry about really!
You and your partner are herpes negetive. If your still worried you should speak to your doctor, you could have nothing at all.
