It could be dysentery...but it could also be something worse. Go to your doctors straight away as you'll be losing a lot of fluid and you need to have the parasite/virus stopped. If it is dysentery, it should clear up pretty quickly but you do need to get to the doctors asap.
take a glass of luke warm water add some salt and sugar and drink it.
consult a gastroentrologist, it might be gastroentritis, immediately,
consult before you loose all you fluids.
this might be a cause of junk food or uncleaned water.
is it worse when you eat bread, pasta, and wheat??
might be a severe cases of irritable bowels syndrome
