Is Prime Rib healthy for you?

Question:
My friend had prime rib the other day and she got a terrible stomach virus from it

Answers:
If the virus came from the prime rib it was because it wasn't handled properly, Prime rib itself is good for you a little at a time, it has protein that is made up of smaller units called amino acids. After foods are eaten, the proteins are broken down, digested, and become amino acids which are then rearranged to form the many special and distinct proteins in the body. Your body doesn't make about 9 of the 18 that meat does. So it is essential that you get a portion of these each day. Red meat is one of top sources, but you have to prepare them properly or they can make you very sick. Proteins from cereal grains, vegetables, and fruit do not provide as good an assortment of amino acids as animal proteins do, but they do supply valuable amounts of many amino acids. Proteins from legumes, especially soybeans, chickpeas, and peanuts are almost as good as proteins from animal sources. But a lot of folks are highly allegoric to peanuts. So I say eat a rib every now and again and cook it properly so you don't get sick.
that sucks
