Still not sure about foot problem?

Question:
A few weeks ago I asked about a problem I had with my toes on my left foot, that has cleared up but now it is on my left foot, it is on the pads of the toes and the side of the foot that touches the ground, if you look at my foot those spots look like I had stood on burning hot pavement and burned my foot even though I have not, it burns somewhat but not bad, that is pretty much the only symptom besides how it looks, it does not itch, I looked up athletes foot and it dosn't look to be that, any ideas?

P.S. I wear my tennis shoes all day and don't wear socks if that helps (I just don't like wearing socks in the summer)

Answers:
Sounds like a circulation issue or perhaps a fungus -
I'd soak feet in empsin salts - and use a good herbal foot cream.
You could even be allergic to the leather or dye of the shoes.
Perhaps socks aren't a bad idea. Try insoles

If this worsens see your MD as foot burning or issues are sometimes the signs of diabetes -
Sounds like friction from your shoes without wearing socks.
Try soaking your feet in vinegar water. About half of each.
Vinegar can help the skin restore its PH balance.
Good luck and i hope this helps.
