My mom thinks I have a liver/kidney problem cause I don't like meat!?

Question:
So, whenever meat is about to enter my mouth and touch my tongue, I feel like throwing up because I hate meat...so I became a vegan...now suddenly my mom is going to take me to the doctor.tonight?! What is wrong?!!

Answers:
Adversion to meat isn't generally considered a symptom of liver or kidney issues.

But going to the doctor is probably not a bad idea. Young people who are still growing need to make sure they get enough of various different vitamins and nutrients.

Your doctor will be able to assure your mother that this is possible with a vegan diet. Your doctor should also be able to give you some tips on protein and dairy alterntives. He or she may also want to prescribe some vitamins.
It is difficult for a vegan to get a balanced diet but it sounds as if the problem is not with you
Nothing seems to be wrong with you...as far as your mom....lol
I think you mom is probably a bit misinformed. However, it still would be a good idea for you to see your doctor just to ensure you are getting all the essentials you need in your diet.
