I think my bf is a hypochondriac..?
Question:
Answers:
He may not be a hypochondriac, but rather developing a morphine addiction. Talk to him about it. If you need to find an addiction therapist and discuss what you've noticed. If he is a hypochondriac, he should still seek some form of couciling. If he is developing an addiction, the sooner you nip this in the bud, the greater the chances of his overcoming it.
if they are giving him morphine then there must be something properly wrong with him.
That means he is probably addicted to morphine...
ask him about it.
Has he seen a neurologist? He maybe having migraines.
Morphine!? Holy jeez! Sounds like he is an addict.
Your boyfriend is addicted to morphine. His aches and pains are most likely due to withdrawal symptoms when he is without opiates.

He's not a hypochondriac, he's an addict...
I would be looking more at a bi polar person with a Morphine addiction than a hypo.
I have the best answer
I can't stand hypochondriacs! I know a lot of them, and they drive me batty.
Don't start calling him a hypochondriac until he's gotten some tests - after that, feel free.
I think you may be very right.
Not trying to be funny or rude, but he sounds addict to me a hypochondriac gets no relief after treatment and they have the feeling of many different types of symptoms. An addict just goes back everytime he needs the medication he is addicted to. Or just maybe he might really be sick and he needs a head scan.
Why do they just give him Morphine? If he has medical insurance he should get some tests done by a primary physician. Head pain? Could it be migraine or something more? If he has no medical insurance I see going to the emergency room but otherwise - getting Morphine doesn't sound right. And the emergency room won't diagnose a problem they are not there for that purpose. More or less they med you and send you on your way. Get him a doctor...
