Question:
I've noticed that sometimes whenever I sit at a movie theater or simply on the couch watching a movie, the top RIGHT part of my neck where it meets the bottom of my skull hurts a little. It gets a little better when I massage it or when I massage my right eye. Or simply when I get up, the pain goes away. But it never hurts my left side. I'm wondering is it most likely eye-strain plus poor posture? I'm afraid it's something serious like a unruptured aneurysm so I made an appointment with the neurologist. Is it really the symptoms of something serious like this? Or just simple inner neck/eye strain? I don't know if I'd want a MRI...it's too costly, is it even worth it for these symptoms? I'd like an expert opinion if possible so I can decide.
