What can I do about pink eye?

Nope, not much you can do without the doctors prescription, and even then it'll hurt for a few days.
Just be careful as it's very contagious, and if you have it one eye only, please be careful not to infect the other eye, don't touch.
An ophthalmologist is what you should see.

Take ibuprofen if you are not allergic to it and use ice packs. I usually put ice in a ziploc bag and wrap it in a small towel. keep the ice on as long as you can. Rest a little. Then ice it again. Keep doing that until you fall asleep. You will get some antibiotic drops tomorrow that will help very quickly. Good luck.
