Can I sue for malpractice?
Question:
Answers:
Like blaze23 said, did they warn you of any possible problems that could have happened? If they did not it won't even be on the waiver they make you sign. Go and talk to the Hospital Director and ask their opinion. Also ask your family Dr. Either of these people should be able to guide you in he right direction. Remember, you only have a case if you were not warned that such problems could arise from having the procedure done.
Good luck.

People have sued for lesser things. Did they inform you that the damage you sustained was an inherent risk of the surgery? If they did and you agreed to the procedure; you can still sue but you may not be successful.
