you have heartburn
If you eat too much food you become bloaded which can cause stomach pains and those are really painful ! I recommend going to the doctor and to set up an exercise program and you could either eat less or work out more ! But than you might just need to take a **** !
It's heartburn, man, and it sucks. See your Doc or lay off fried and spicy foods especially, alcohol.
Sounds like acid reflux or G.E.R.D. to me...See your Doc. There are drugs to help, but not eating a huge meal late in the day is probably the best thing to do!
Could very well be GERD, and a bowel movement would remove some of the pressure of too much in the abdomen.
It could also be related to gallbladder inflammation, in which a greasy meal would cause the pain to be worse. If it is from gallbladder problem, it wouldn't have to be that big of a meal, just a greasy one to cause the symptoms.
You need digestive enzymes. These help to break down the food you eat. Digestive enzymes can be found in vitamin stores or at the Whole Foods Market. Make sure it also contains lipase (breaks down fats). You could also be suffering from acid-reflux. Increase the fiber in your diet and remember to drink lots of water. Greasy junk food equals heartburn. I am also suspecting that you have occasional constipation. Take better care of yourself.
