I have been keeping closer track of my blood pressure.?
Question:
Answers:
A normal blood pressure should be 90 to 150 on the top(systolic pressure) over 50 to 90 on the bottom(diastolic pressure). You are experiencing hypertension and should be on medication to regulate it. Your highest pressure (on average) is around 4pm. Job stress can cause an increase in blood pressure. So can nicotine, alcohol, many medications, including illegal drugs, and high salt intake. The longer you keep this high pressure without treatment to lower it, the higher the pressure you are putting on your internal organs, and causing damage, including your heart, kidneys, and brain. A constant high pressure can lead to a stroke or heart attack. Please get medical treatment asap.
yes, job stress usually does raise it, try relaxing while you are there and don't let every thing get to you as much,
check with your doctor anyways and tell him to see if hes worried
yes I think job and too much thinking about everything with you life can cause blood pressure or maybe its hereditary like me. I would go to the doctor - have yours check out. I was 21 when i find out i have blood pressure and my Doctor put me on Norvasc. They say high blood pressure is a silent killer.
Stress on the job can be a killer. Your BP is going to high__you really need to go & talk with your Doctor. Don't let your job put you 6 feet under.
That job is killing you. Get a
job with less stress or take
lots of B/P meds (which have
side effects.)
