What do I have if I experience vertigo, sudden fever, diarrhea, headaches, and gas?

These things all began about a few weeks ago with the dizziness and light-headedness. It's been within the past few days that I've begun experiencing headaches (everywhere), sudden flush/fever and diarrhea.
Can anyone tell me what's happening to me?

you need to see a doc you may have an inner ear infection which will only get better with antibiotics and only a doc can treat you.
u NEED 2 go 2 the doctor fever means it a bacterial infection and u need antibiotics.
