Plain pasty white toothpaste will take the redness out, leave it on there and let it dry out.then wash it off with a warm wash cloth.it will dry out the pimple too.
toothpaste will help dry it out and visine will take the redness out.
Application of sandal wood paste or turmric paste decreases the redness of pimple.

Put some Visine eye drops on it. I heard that helps reduce redness of a pimple. Or splash cool water on it to reduce inflammation.
