19 year old girl never been a bed wetter as a child but starting all of a sudden?

Question:

Hi im a 19 year old girl I asked my mother and never as a child had I been a bed wetter, for the last two nights I have wet the bed, I don't think its because im in a deep sleep, I usually wake up after I do it. The past week or two I have had to go to the bathroom more than usual sometimes once an hour, I havn't been drinking any more liquids or have changed my diet... does anyone know what this could be from, could there be somthing really wrong with me?

I think its a possible UTI urinary tract infection, simply go to your doctor, they will take a sample, and analyze it, it is treated with sulfa antibiotics. Is there pressure? Burning upon urination? Frequent Urination with sometimes little release of urine? Then it is a UTI

I would check with your doctor for sure, could be the muscles need tightening and they have a pill that will prevent it at night called imipramine. It will only tighten them at night when you take it.

nothing is wrong with you sometimes your bladder can just get weak. I was never a bed wetter either but since i've been an adult i've wet the bed a good couple of times too.

Could be a Bladder infection or a urinary track infection ..you need to see a doctor as soon as you can.. they are not fun to have..

Sounds like a UTI urinary tract infection. Easily cured with antibiotics. See ur doctor.

A urinary tract infection will cause frequent urination, along with swollen ankles, maybe pain just under the ribs on each side in the back (kidneys). Need to go but not much there? Drink a couple of glasses of (Ocean Spray is best) cranberry or cranraspberry juice and I've read that the infection can't attach to the tissues; at any rate, it will sure stop a kidney infection. I think a bladder infection will cause burning on urination. Kidney infections don't cause that pain for me.

To keep from wetting the bed, do you feel like you're in the bathroom and learn too late that you weren't? Scratch your nails on your thigh or leg; if you're awake you'll feel it. If you're not, - well, that's how and when I stopped wetting the bed.
