Can a doctor tell if you are on birth control pills by taking a blood test?

if you are going to a doctor you should be honest about all medications you are taking anyway so that you can be cared for the right way...why concern yourself with if birth control will show up?
You can really mess up a visit with the doctor if your not honest and tell him everything you take, he may give you a prescription that will counteract with the birth control and you'll end up PG or the scrip will not be any good, many things could happen, be honest with him.
