I have a serious sinus infection and am wondering which medications are best in the for of a pill?

If you have a sinus infection, that's a bacterial infection that needs antibiotics for treatment. Your doctor should diagnose it first and then give you a prescription. I like Zithromax (Z Pack) because it's 1 pill a day for 5 days. The antibiotics will clear up the infection but may not necessarily treat any of the other symptoms you've listed.
If it's not an infection which requires antibiotics, I like Sudafed for sinus problems.
