Can you get asthma in a localized spot in one lung?

Question:
like a congestion feeling that causes some wheezing, but not all over both lungs?

Answers:
If you've been diagnosed as an asthmatic, sometimes an attack can feel this way. But regardless of how it feels at any given moment, that doesn't mean that the entire lung or the other lung isn't affected.

If you've never been diagnosed as an asthmatic, and you're experiencing this for the 1st time, this probably is something other than asthma.
