i have senticive skin and the face wash that i use must be oil free ... i need help with getting rid of my acne

Answers:
have you tried birth control pills? they really worked well for me. all the other stuff (antibiotics and creams...didn't work and made my skin dry).

btw, when is acne wanted? lol...
proactive
Read labels carefully. Look for cleansers that don't contain oil of any type. Make an appointment with a dermatologist.
I don't know if this will work for you, but both my daughters had very good results with the Arbonne acne skin care. It includes vitamins that really seem to make a difference. It's not 100% but about 70% improvement. The quality of their skin really improved with far less acne outbreaks.

I don't sell it, but you can find their website and check it out for yourself. arbonne.com
Ok I love answering these questions because I am a dermatologist, and the most common thing people will say is Proactive!

Proactive does work, i'm not going to lie, but once you stop using it, the acne will just come back.

Now don't get grossed out, but the best thing that works would be your own urine.

I know you're probably saying "shes probably just trying to have me pee on my face."

No... It REALLY works.

This is what you do if you want to get rid of acne...

Wake up in the morning (only use morning urine) and pee a little on a washcloth, towel, anything... then rub it where your acne is.

Don't drench your face in urine, just to where it can get it on your acne.

Wait about 5 minutes, then rinse off.

Continue every morning..Doesn't have to be EVERY morning, just whenever you feel the need too, and if you want to get rid of it fast.

THIS REALLY WORKS, trust me you will see results. Urine may seem very gross, but it has a lot of good things in it that help cures acne.

You may have seen this online or somewhere but i'm telling you, IT WORKS!

If you need any more questions, feel free to email or comment me.

Thanks, and goodluck!
use either oil free nuetrogena (orange bottle), oil free clearasil (blue bottle), or oxy pads
Ok----Ready? This should be bringing me money in, but----oh well... (Ha!) I never had a real problem with acne. Just once in awhile, that one from Stress, or the "Cycle".
1) Drink several glasses of water each day. Cleans pores.
2) Wash your face w/ Dove soap/ rinse good, pat dry.(Every night)
3) put Clearasil, or some acne medicine on if you have some bumps on your face, on your way to bed.
4) Say your face has a good couple of bumps. The next day is picture day at school, or prom night, etc. This is the ultimate short cut! Get Peroxide from the pharmacy. Pour the peroxide in the cap, and directly on your bumps. Let it bubble as long as it will. (It wont hurt! It will just tingle some) Put clearasil or what ever type of acne cream, on the bumps. Next morning they shouldn't show up under make-up. WhaLa!Beauty secrets.
I have pretty nice skin, but use proactiv sometimes because it makes my skin completely clear and kinda glowy. If you have super sensitive skin you might want to test it out first to see if you have an allergic reaction to the products first (my sis did and ended up all red for a bit).

Also-- regular exfoliation helps, you should use a facial exfoliator several times a week. And never pop your pimples because the bacteria that leaks out when you do that spreads to other parts of your skin and makes things worse in the long run. Plus you can end up with icky scars!
