the more often you smoke, the longer it takes to get out of your system. since you were smoking twice a day (which is very heavy...why were you doing that?) id give it atleast 3 months. so youre almost safe, but hardly. give it a couple more weeks to be safe.

most likely not in your urine still.. we have drug testing at my job.. and i was tested the next day after smoking a doob.. and i came back neg..but if they test your follicles from your hair i think it`s there for 6 months..
