Is a Genital Herpes Outbreak the male version of a period?

Question:

Answers:
No, not at all.

A female gets her period or has her menstrual cycle about every 28 days. It's basically a sign that a women is not pregnant. Bleeding occurs as well as shedding of the uterus lining. It is a completely natural and necessary for reproduction.

A genital herpes outbreak is caused by the herpes simplex virus, which is a STD. It causes larger blister like sores that can puss, scab, and heal over. There is NO cure for herpes.

Men and women can have genital herpes, but ONLY women get periods.
Not even close. Genital herpes is an STD; a period is a completely natural biological function.
ummm... lol... no, its when someone has a herpes outbreak... it has nothing to do with periods
I would say no... I have never noticed any time frame or regularity to outbreaks. I have however noticed that if I do have intercourse and am not well lubricated, and don't clean up soon after, it seems to cause some irritation. So... If you have sex only once a month at the same time... It could be like a period, timing wise
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, no, not at all.
No. It's not. There is no male version of a period. An STD is a STD.
