Does sweating spread poison ivy?

Question: can i work out and sweat with poison ivy?

Answers:
No it is not recommended that you get hot and sweaty while you have the poison ivy. The best thing is just give it a little and once you are over it then go back to your normal routine. Man sorry about that it sucks.
