How do i clear breakouts on my back?

i know you said you've tried neutrgena but i use this stuff for n the shower and it works really good just rub it on your back in the shower and then wash it off
try change the detergent you wash your clothes with, it may be irritating your skin, also wear loose fit clothes while exercising. change in diet ? i dont know.. ask a skin doctor.

try oxy body scrub. the diff. from this product and any other is it's 10% benzoil perioxide. (sorry about the spelling) it works wonders! i bet my life on this product. look at other products. they only have either like 2.5% of benziol peroxide. try it!
My little sister has this same problem! She lays out in the sun for about 30 mintues a week..it clears it up alittle bit!
Try Natures Cure, because they offer liquid medication for bacne and pills to take with it . You may also want to see if you may be alergic to any fabrics (or detergents like someone already said on here).
