Yes it is normal...I work in a Hospital and a lot of patients experience this after having surgery under General Anaesthetic...this is just a normal reaction and shouldn't last for too long, its your body's way of getting over the GA. If it is prolonged then give the Hospital and ring and see if they can advise you of what to do..
