I'm getting a bunch of little red bug bites, mostly on my feet, but a couple on my hand/arm what could this be

Do you have or are you near pets? This could be flea bites.
Well if it is bed bugs wahsing your sheets wont do you any good. They get in you mattress and cloths. If you do have them you might as well just buy a new mattress.
