no one on here can tell you if there is. See a doctor!
i think there is no connection between shortness of breath, swollen ankles and pins and needles in right hand.
Shortness of breath and pins and needles are indications of poor circulation. Swollen ankles is an indication of retaining water. Got kidney problems? Do some mild excersise. Walking.
I doubt if theres a connection between the 3...do you sit at computer all day using the mouse for long periods may cause pins and needles in hand.
as for the other 2 the shortness of breath doesnt mean u have a bad heart or circulation probs.it could be anxiety.
however go and see your gp for a medical exam he/she telling u ur ok can work miracles..
you may have a trapped nerve causing pins and needles, shortness of breath could be a sign of low blood pressure, swollen ankles is probably water retention, sit with your feet raised above your heart,
Yes there is a connection, and I really think that you should go to see your GP and get this sorted out. If you are in the UK I would suggest that if you need peace of mind right now that you ring the NHS Direct and they will give you the best advice, and reassurance.
possibly as there might be a circulatory problem and/or high blood pressure. walking is a good exercise which would help both but I suggest a blood pressure check once a week for the next 4 weeks to see if it is notmal or if you can bring it down if it is high. If it is high and you cannot bring it down by incresing your wlking go to see your doctor.
