I've smoked for two years and don't think I'm addicted.?

There's no black and white here. It depends on many conditions. However, if its a matter against your will then once you realize #5 you can quit most effectively.
It's possible, I suppose. I guess it depends how much you smoke, whether or not you actually inhale, etc. However, I think most likely you only think you aren't addicted, and would find that if you tried to quit, it would be much harder than you thought.

Regardless of whether or not it's possible, you should still quit. There are over 300 chemicals in cigarettes. It's not the tobacco that will cause cancer but the hundreds of chemicals you are inhaling into your lungs. My grandfather and aunt died from emphysema because of smoking. Get off of them ASAP!
People have different levels of addiction and dependency and some are more prone than others to become addicted to a given drug or substance. In the case of cigarettes, some of the brains natural chemicals are replaced by chemicals you inhale. When you try to quit, the reason the cravings can be so strong is because your body needs to replace these chemicals quickly; more quickly than your body can produce them. Because of this, you are very likely to be addicted after two years of smoking.
Why not stop smoking now and find out. You'll save money and feel better regardless. If you choose to continue smoking, you have the comfort of knowing that you've chosen the slowest, most expensive and painful way of killing yourself. Good luck and good health; it's never too late to quit.
