ok, so all the adults in my house-hold smoke, espcially, my parents. I can't STAND the smell of the smoke and i gag a lot 2. i've had 2 live with them smoking from the day i was born till now(15 years). I tell them they should quit and they say they want 2 and there trying (and i no this because they both went on the patch but they got sick from it). Any other suggestions on another way they could quit?

Sometimes support groups help and there are clinics for help with this. How sick did they get from the patch? It's not unusual to get headaches and have other problems during the withdrawl period. This is a real killer of an addiction to deal with.
nicorette chewing gum. . . . cold turkey is best though
