What is the best time to take zoloft medication?

Question:
ive been prescribed zoloft for anxiety, at 50 mil. what are the best times to take it. before bed? in the morning?

Answers:
I was told it was preferable to take it in the morning with breakfast. Or to take it at supper/bedtime.
depends, it effects everyone differently. Try it a couple of hours before bed. If it makes you sleepy continue taking it at night. If it doesn't just take it with breakfast. I think you're supposed to eat with it too.
I always took it at night, but someone told me that it could keep you awake and morning is better?
It depends, the medication can make you drowsy/dizzy. You should try to take it the same time everyday. I think the morning would be better that way you know you have taken it.
Don't take it at night. It will keep you awake all night. 5PM would be a good time to take it.
I take it before bed, usually around 9pm because it can cause drowsiness and you definately don't want to be tired during the day. Also, at least for me, it's easier to remember taking it like after dinner then in the morning when I'm rushing around.
