Drink a coffe,eat fruits(specially kiwi) ,salads,lot of water and walking.
Drink plenty of water, try to up your fibre intake by drinking Metamucil if you find it hard to eat foods with high levels of fibre.
Or if you don't like the taste try prune juice or if this is too disgusting for you, blackcurrant juice works just as well.
