Orthostatic hypotension can be caused by pregnancy, various medications, endocrine problems, dehydration, sepsis, anemia, blood loss, allergic reactions or nutrional deficiencies. I would see your doctor right away if you're having this problem.
It shouldn't be any lower standing than sitting. It might drop momentarily when you're in the process of standing up - known as positional hypotension. It drops in some people because the heart simply has more distance to push against gravity, and takes a few seconds to adjust when you stand up.
when you sat down ,you got relaxed and the pressure goes down =you feel it all of a sudden trying to come back up when you stand up
