See a cardiologist first & if your heart is okay, then see an endocrinologist to test for a pheo.
The only way to know for sure is allow your doc put a heart monitor on you. It is a 1-3 day take home test. You could have MVP (very common in women) or it could be preliminary frequent heartbeat. It could also be stress. I was dianosed with MVP; the monitor showed I have preliminary frequent heartbeat.
