The mucus coming outta my nose is a diff colour for each nostril; dont know whether to laugh or b concerned?

Question:
I've just sorta recovered from a sinus infection and i'm still blowing my nose a lot but i've noticed that outta one nostril it's a sickly yellow colour and the other nostril is a healthy neutral.
Oh, i also have a deviated septum so the "healthy mucus" nostril would be the one with the narrower airway. Is this normal?

Answers:
sounds like the remains of your sinus infection to me. Most of the time really yellow or green snot is a sign of infection if youve already treated the problem the rest of it should clear up in a few days.
Laugh.. the color of mucus in no way is an indication of an infection contrary to popular believe. The color of mucus indication infection was debunked years ago. So unless your running a fever or have other symptoms I wouldn't worry about it.
Maybe you're just snorting pollen up one nostril. :|
Druggies and their pollen snorting ways.

No need to be concerned, really.
