Weird bug bites?

Question:

I've been working at summer camp this past summer and I keep getting these weird bug bites(?) They start out looking kinda like a pimple- they're all red with a white bump in the middle. The last one I got on my arm looked like a mosquito bite at first. And they don't itch like mosquito bites, they hurt, esp. if I touch them. Anyone have a clue?

Sounds like fire ant bites, which are painful, or a spider bite.

If you see a bulls-eye rash, go to the doctor and get checked out for Lyme disease.

You need a steroid cream to put on the bites.

Those sound more like ant bites.

are they only located in a specific location? if so it may not be bug bites it may be something more like a heat rash or acne due to heat. Most bug bites mosquitos etc. do itch, if it was a different bite tick spider i think it would be one location and "one" main "target" mark that may or may not hurt very bad accompanied by a fever and/or feeling sick. My mother got bit by a tick and was only detected by feeling sick. i would go to the doctors to be safe.
