Your acne will go away as you get older. So, there IS hope! In the meantime there are several options for you. There are several good acne treatment systems available from drugstores. Clearasil, Oxy, Neutrogena, etc. Only you can determine which is best for your own individual skin by trial and error. My grandmother kept her complexion perfect for most of her 90 years by using Cuticura soap and lotion. I've had excellent success with the Philosphy line of skin care. Beware of "home remedies". Most are useless and actually harmful to your skin. You could consult a derm, but in my case it was just a waste of both time and money.
call a local dermatologist or ask someone u know if they can refer one to you. call the doc up and ask over the phone. it is best given from the doc mouth.
For some people, it will go away. For others, it may not. If in doubt, check with your dermatologist. I know a lot of adults who are still using a prescription medication.

I also know a lot of people who have great success with that skin care system that Kelly Clarkson and Jessica Simpson are touting. Can't think of the name of it right now, but my office mate uses it and swears by it. They have a cream/mask that works great overnight on blemishes.
ya it is said that it goes as u grow up. u can use retino A .25mg at bed time after u wash ur face. a little reddishness is acceptable but it its more then stop the usage immediately. it help.
im not sure about creams but my best soultion that really work fast was PROACTIVE SOLUTION
Yes it can depending on the person, most likely it does go away because you will find the root problem/cause of your acme.

If you need to know how to treat it, here's my advice:
honestly, i had acme, and still have random breakouts, DON'T waste your time looking up products that say they will make your face clear. Everyone is different and have different genetic patterns, but there is one thing that everyone doesn't consider...

The definition of a pimple/acme is: a clogged oil glan. This means that the glan does not have any movement in the oils that lubricate your skin, and is clogged up, creating what we call a pimple.

To cure it naturally, put water on your face (around your acme as well) and let it EVAPORATE. When you do so, without washing it off (*note washing it off isn't good..), your dirt on your skin is being naturally removed, just like when you sweat. If you keep this up doing it every couple of hours (usually 2-4) than you should be fine. It worked for me.

Also, try changing your diet. Bad foods have horrible affects on you. Sugary sweets are really bad for oil glans as they as well clog them, Note that carbohydrates, when not used, contain the exact same properties as sugar. Fruit and vegetables high in VITAMIN A, K, and B12, help to lower the amount of oil secreted on your face.

Water is the only thing that is has no side-effect for using. It is used and you only receive benefits. Use water, if you use other treatments and then stop or overdose,... here come the side affects..

Hopefully this advice helped you.
It goes away or so everyone tells me
