Ah, that does seem to be pretty serious... but I'm afraid it's up to your friend, she will see eventually that what she is doing is daft but it takes confidence. You have a few options, 1 - shower her with praise in whatever she does and tell her constantly how beautiful she is. 2 - confront her about it and say that you're worried. 3 - tell an adult about it. 4 - find out more about what she's up to and start giving her situations where she cannot avoid food, for your birthday go to pizzahut or somewhere, invite her round for dinner, spontaniously buy her an ice cream and never pay any attention to how much she is eating or the speed that she eats. (people with eating disorders will eat slowly and hate any attention while they are doing so).
You are her friend, so you know whether or not she is seriously annorexic. Just keep an eye on her. Good luck.

I don't have a site as you are asking. I can only refer you to a book I think at Amazon.com might be a worthwhile for you to browse or find in a bookstore near you to assist you.
There are sections in this book that talks about anorexic and she herself is a consellor. In the back of the book are actual locations around the globe you can ask to make enquires yourself about helping someone.

I`m not sure what sites you need to look for but i do advise you not to confront her about it in a harsh way. I suffered from bulimia and anorexia in the past and what helped me was people giving me reassurance and support. If you go about it the wrong way you will make her feel worse and therefore she will hate herself for it which will make her condition even worse. Let her know that you care about her and that if she ever needs to talk you will be there for her and not judge her. If you need anymore advice please mail me.
