Question:
I've talked to this guy for weeks on the phone and it seems we were really compatible, I'm really into him. When I met him he was standing so I had no idea..We are going to hang out soon and he told me what he had. The thing is I still like him but don't know what to expect. He said he had a slight limp, but I have seen people that drag their feet and I know that is CP as well. I just want to know if you have dated someone with CP? Were you ever embarrased? If it was mild CP they had, like a limp, did that make you uncomfortable in public? I know it's his fault but sometimes its hard to overlook this things.

Would it in any way interfere with what you normally do with a date?
It would not bother me. You have to look at the entire person.
its totaly up to you...so go with how you feel inside..and give it some time...like with all new dates you wont know till after a few..so take it each day.he could be mr wonderful...or maybe not...so good luck and hope you find the man of your dreams...you can overlook the wierdest things when you start to really like someone...it seems all the quirks we have just dissapear..
I am a disabled person and I would hope that if it was me in your situation that you would look beyond the disease and concentrate on what is inside.It's not too easy to be judged on your disability.
