Question:
Answers:
I wouldn't listen to me , but I would ask a doctor.
I have the same problem and I listen to my Dr. He has my cholesterol down and my blood pressure is fine.
Take fish oil capsules for the high cholesterol. and Yoga for the blood pressure.
The high cholesterol one is the main concern.:
1) No more red meats
2) Seriously, NO MORE RED MEAT!!
3) exercise more
4) if these measure fail,, add a statin drug to your regimen (its a prescription drug)
Do what your Dr. tells you to do and stop looking for an easy way out. He has probably told you to watch your diet and get some exercise, so go for it. Best wishes
Lower your red meat consumption take fish oil caps and add niacin the non flushing time released kind ..That should take care of the cholesterol.I am not sure about blood pressure but I bet aerobic exercise would help along with meditation and yoga.
If you love salty snack, cut it down. Salt does not cause high blood pressure in everyone, but lot of people experience trouble with it, so don’t take risk. Restricting your salt intake to 2.400 milligrams per day, is one method of reducing your blood pressure. Avoid using table salt on your food. Use a salt substitute, and learn to cook with herbs and spices. Read the sodium content of the processed foods you purchase.
