Euuu! Spotty back?

Question:
I've started to get a load of big spots on my shoulders, and top of my back. They look a bit like the sort of spots you get with trapped hairs? Can anyone advise what's causing this, and how I can sort it out?

Answers:
get a loofah and exfoliate
i would just go and ask my doctor
I have this same problem, they dont look like trapped hairs tho.

Mine are really clearing up as what they used to be like.. all ive done is shower regular and DONT use showergel on your back! (Wierd, but when i used shower gel it come back)

Also dont touch it, use something such as a scrubbing brush to wash it to avoid black heads appearing.

Hope thats ok, if you find anything better... Please let me know :)
try this cream panoxyl aqua gel and rub it on to your back but not every day maybe every other day because it dries out the spots and gets rid of the bacteria . the cream is actually for acne but i had the same problem and now my back is alot better.
Go to doctor, If they are sore they are infected and he will give you an antibiotic that will get rid of them
