try an all protein meal plan for two weeks. slowly incorporate carbs. I am reading a book on this because I have Hypoglycemia.
Just protein no sugar.
plenty of water
stay away from dairy too.
lactic acid is not good for you that is in milk.
don't eat any dried fruit.

it sucks but you feel better when you just eat protein.
