if you've had it for 2 days now and no change then I suggest go see a Dr or head to the ER asap...
I got this from my kids last month and it's just horrible.. the only thing I could do was lay in bed and take panadine (paracetamol with codeine) & nurofen plus (ibufrofen with codeine) alternating the 2 with the recommended dosage. This helped with my sore chest from coughing aswell.
I took a warm lavender bath to try and relax to stop my aching body... and made this little home remedy which a lady I worked for in japan gave to me...
Crush a litte ginger and half clove garlic, mix it wih tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon and then warm water... mix and drink. it may not taste great but it helps
Then have some miso soup, you can buy the instant packs at coles or woolies (if your in australia) or asian supermarket elsewhere... just add boiling water and sip on it... it will warm you up
but make sure you get heaps of rest and don't try and over do it when you do start feeling better
I hope you feel better soon, I know this is the worst feeling and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy
*hugz*
oh by the way your temp is fine 35C is normal... well 37C is actually normal... but it depends on the person and their body... so don't actually take my advice you may need to consult a Dr for professional advice...
Edit: Maybe make a vegie soup, celery, carrot, onion, mushroom, garlic... add water and use 1 beef or chicken stock... then add v8 juice or can of tomatos... if you feel like eating then by all means eat something... but if you didn't then just try and drink as much water... or lemon water (juice of half a lemon and ice water) it will flush out your system... best of luck again and I hope you feel better soon
And also.. was just checking about that temp and it is slightly low... which is why you would be feeling cold I guess... but again i'm no professional... so just keep an eye on your temp and if it doesn't go up (37 is normal remember) go straight to the ER because you could go into hyperthermia (sp??)
just take care!
