Can anybody give me any info on heart murmurs and relation to heart attacks?

Chances are you are having panic attacks...
but you really need to get checked. you could be having TIAI's or minor heart attacks. women get different symptoms than men do with heart attacks.
Look for other symptoms like... sweating, hard to breath, worse on exertion.
i am a 23yr old female and have similar symptoms as yours, frankly, i wouldnt worry. 30 is young, you are not having a heart attack- but i have felt that way before. it could be anxiety? do you have a beta blocker? try taking half in the morning and half at night for a week maybe... and if symptoms continue, you could go to the ER, an EKG and chest xray will rule anything out, if both come back negative you have nothing to worry about- :-) hope that helps!
The important question is what is the cause of the murmur? The next important question is what are you doing when these attacks occur?
Murmurs are noises that can be from a multitude of reasons, usually quite benign. Some, though, can pose a problem for older adults.
the reason I ask what you are doing is that if you are just resting and have these attacks it usually does not mean heart attack or anything terrible like that. However, it could mean that you are having an abnormal heart rhythm or perhaps just an anxiety attack.
The bottom line is this, if you are uncomfortable about it you need to see a doctor.
