My hand trembles when closed..?

Question:
When I close my hand it starts shaking but when I open it, its fine? Has this ever happened to anyone? What could be some possible causes. My friend said it could be that i haven't eaten much all day (I ate a bowl of cereal and a bottle of sprite at 8am which is about 10 hrs ago) but i would think that my other hand would be shaking too. Any ideas.

Our bodies change every so many years (they say every 7)

Think about this, you had Sprite, and cereal, double sugar with caffeine- your body, much like a car engine needs fuel to run properly, when low on gas what does the car do? shake and feels like it is going to conk out.
Your body cannot run all day on sugar and caffeine- also- the hand that is shaking is probably most vulnerable - most used, either to write with or work with-
Take better care of yourself- get some yogurt, or breakfast bars and a bottle of water- skip the soda and cereal-
See if it makes any difference. Having a mother with Parkinson's Disease, I worry about people like you who post these things- shakiness, tremors, etc.. she never ate right either and still doesn't. Please, take care of yourself now and avoid future problems. hugs
i don't really know what's happening with your hand but something similar happens to me; when my hand goes numb, it starts to tremble. so maybe you're clenching your fist too tight, and preventing the blood from flowing, therefore causing it to go numb.. like i said, i don't know :]
Well maybe you should try eating some more and see if there is change, if not then you should probably call your local hospital and ask them.
It could be that when you ball your fist your nerves in your hand are being bent causing your hand to shake.
I know that when I sent in a kinda strenuous position, my body will shake, because of my nerves.
