Question about my deformed pupil?

I have a pupil that is sort of deformed.It makes sort of like an upside down rain drop shape. I was born with it, so i was wondering if there is a surgery out there that can change it so it looks like my regular pupil

Your pupil sounds similar to traumatic mydriasis. There is a repair procedure for this referred to as "Osher's variation of the pupillary circlage technique of Pius Bucher, MD"

A more simple solution may be to get painted or opaque contact lenses. They are the special effect contacts you see people wearing at Halloween - but they do have regular eye colors too.
These contacts have a space for the pupil that is unpainted. In your case, unless your pupil is very small, the space will make your pupils look equally the same.
