A healthy mixture of fruits, vegetables and grains is best. (See the DASH diet.) Make sure that the breads you eat are not just whole grain, but also low in sodium. Try to make sure that you are getting enough potassium, as well. (Fresh fruit is generally great for this, particularly oranges and bananas.)
They are all gr8 and you should incorporate them all into your diet. I guess veggies are good cuz they have less calories which would lead to weight loss. Weight loss=lower BP

Blueberries and pomegranates are pretty remarkable on blood pressure. Have to be careful to not have too much.
