Is it possible!!??

Question:
are people usually born with asma. Can people get asma later in there life?? how?

Answers:
Anyone can get asthma at any time in their life. There is usually an identifiable reason for it.

People can be born with asthma, as it can run in families. If a baby is born prematurely, their lungs are probably underdeveloped and the measures used to keep them alive cause asthma to develop through lung damage from mechanical ventilation or some other form of lung disease.

In all ages, asthma can occur because of lung damage from repeated lung infections, exposure to mold, heavy air pollution, exercise, cold air, dust, pollen, pet danger, nasty carpets, immune system problems, and many more things.

Asthma is sometimes called Reactive Airway Disease (RAD). This term describes what asthma generally is pretty well. The airways react to some sort of irritant and constrict, produce abnormally large amounts of secretions, or you cough/wheeze.

I was diagnosed with asthma when I was 24. I had a bad cough for a year and a half that I let go untreated, also I lived in an area with severe air pollution. Altogether, I ended-up with asthma. It is something I will probably have to deal with for the rest of my life.
i dont think so
You can develop it later in life or as a child. It can be from repeated bouts of pneumonia, smoking, second hand smoke, or pollution - such as when living in a congested city. Also from roaches - common amongst inner city children.
